Hi everyone! From my trip to Valencia a while ago, I still had some outfit photos that I had never posted in the end. You may have seen some pictures of this dress in my Valencia travel post. I made a bonus mini outfit post afterwards. I really liked Valencia and only a week later I was already on the plane to Tokyo, where I had picked these photos and still decided to create a mini travel post. To be honest, I found this outfit a lot more better with a pair of strap heels, but if I cycle as much as I did on this short trip, that’s just not wise. Spain travel diary | 3 day Valencia trip

I went to Valencia with my best friend during my 3 day weekend. This last minute trip was very recent before the end of my 1st flying season and before I leave for Tokyo and is nummer 5 of this year. I try to travel as much as I can if I am able to. I would like to start this travel diary with how much I like this city and how it certainly stole my heart in such a short time. Outfit | Florence

I wore this outfit during my first day in Florence last month. I like wearing this in Autumn and think it fits with the season – because of the red and black in it. My best friend Anne took pictures of it when I went to visit her at the other side of my city. Speaking of travel: At the end of the month, we will go to Valencia for 3 days. Italy travel diary | mini trip to Florence

2 weeks ago I went to Firenze (Florence) for 2 days. In the end, my very kind colleague Michelle went along on this city trip. From another colleague I got the tip to fly to Pisa and there take the train of about an hour to Florence. We certainly used this tip for the way back, but we went with the shuttle from the airport which takes a bit longer. Both travel ways are very cheap and fast, plus you see a bit of Tuscany. Greece travel diary | Last minute trip to Athens

2 weeks ago I went to Athens with a friend. Our original plan was to go to a different location, but those plans became different last minute. We rebooked everything shortly before the original flight would leave, to a flight to Athens. At the airport we looked at the list of flights that we could book and that would be the first to go to a warm destination. ‘What kind of luggage do we have with us?’ – ‘Only summer clothes’ ‘So, we’ll book the first warm destination that we can book, because why not’. Kalimera! Previous week was a great week. I have been on two trips and am now back at (my lovely) work. Where I am standing here is near the Acropolis in Athens. I planned to go to Tel Aviv with a friend, but ultra last minute, our plans changed and we rebooked the trip at the airport to Athens. The flight to Athens would leave that same day in the afternoon. We wanted to go to something warm, haha. Athens is such a nice city! I had a great time together with my friend for 4 days and I have done many nice things. The weather was lovely and I have been able to wear all kinds of new summer dresses that were too cold for the Netherlands.  [Lees meer…]

Since this year, I have many prints in my closet! I don’t do it on purpose but with all those prints everywhere I find a new cute dress every time. Even when I went to Mallorca last week, I really had a lot of prints in my suitcase, haha. What I like about this beautiful dress is that in addition to red it also has pink in the print which gives it that extra touch. I think it’s a nice dress for the end of the summer.
