Hi everyone! It was time for another nice portfolio post. I am now already at 2 agencies and I am going to register with the Chamber of Commerce to be able to do more as a freelancer. It has been a bit quieter in terms of shoots lately because winter is the most quiet period in terms of shoots. The bridal season will start again in spring, so I have quite a few things planned for March and April as well. The upcoming shoots are not collaborations / portfolio shoots, but assignments again. Hi everyone. I would like to share with you another portfolio/modelling post. Bridal is basically my ‘specialty’ when it comes to modeling. I feel very grateful when I have another shoot like this beautiful shoot on my schedule. The result is often even better than I already expected. They always know how to surprise me and a shoot day (with them) really feels like a party! I get a lot of energy from my modeling assignments, and that’s why I love to share it with you. Beauty pageant Diary | Miss (World) Nederland finale

After an intensive year, the final of Miss World Netherlands is a fact. I’ve grown a lot as a woman and often stepped out of my comfort zone (I love). I didn’t win myself, but my good friend Dilay Willemstein was allowed to take home the beautiful crown, which Brenda Muste handed over to her. I am grateful that because of something ‘negative’ like corona, I was able to take a chance next to my beautiful, irregular job. Because we were all temporarily on the ground due to the freeze and travel ban, I was able to make this period something else special. Where one door closes, another door opens. This post is to share the last pictures of the final evening and as a short summary.

Special Diary | Miss World Nederland bridal & kimono shoot

Currently, I am in the Miss World Netherlands journey for 9 months already, and I also enjoy creating online diaries about the journey after a certain amount of time within it. Last October I went to Selsela (Weddingwear Selsela) in Haarlem for a fitting appointment for a wedding dress. A cool bridal shoot was planned, but it took place a few weeks ago (while respecting the corona regulations), because we went into lockdown for months back in October. I took a nice photo with my phone of the beautiful dress during the fitting appointment, which we started shooting months later. Special Diary | Finalist journey at Miss World Nederland, Shoots & Airline Documentary part 4

Hi everyone. I create a special diary every x number of weeks / months. During my participation in the Miss World (Netherlands) pageant, I experience a lot of things and events ofcourse. To begin with; the final has been moved from March to the beginning of the summer. So I will still be busy with the Miss World Netherlands journey for another few months. Even though we are in lockdown, I am still occupied with it several days a week. As well, I have some media tasks from my airline, individual shoots, and Miss World NL (meetings). Lizzy and I are working on our stop-bullying project in small steps, which unfortunately is not a large project due to the lockdown. I also get a lot of opportunities from my airline, such as becoming part of a Covid-19 documentary and here and there small fun activities and assignments. [Read more…]

These are the results of the 2nd beautiful dress shoot with Kovna Dress. I always love shooting with Naira and Kristina! They are very sweet and a very nice team to work with. A shoot day with the Kovna team really feels like a pampering day. I think a lot of women would also feel happy when wearing such beautiful dresses. My hair and makeup were done by Nadia Rozay and Diamond Hairstyling. I am very grateful for the end result, and I am really looking forward to working with this great team more often.
