A few weeks ago, I was invited by my friend Joelle, who lives in Marbella. Joelle and I have known each other for eight years now, but we hadn’t seen each other since 2023 – so it was high time to catch up. Originally, the plan was to go to Peru and then Paris, but when the plans for Paris started to waver, Joelle spontaneously suggested coming over for some quality girl time in Marbella. You’d almost think I’m in Rome in these photos, but this is a lovely spot in beautiful Valencia! Besides my visit to Madrid, I went to Valencia for the 5th (!) time last week. I have friends living here and would love to live there someday. Even now, in early November, it was still above 20 degrees Celsius – so I could still go barefoot! I recently put this outfit together in the middle of the night on a whim, haha, and packed it immediately. I bought this blazer at Zara in 2021 or 2022, and I bought this outfit last summer along with these heels. I do have this amazing new bag, though. What do you think? Hi everyone! This week I went on a trip to Madrid, a place that had been calling me for a long time and was high on my list. I started the trip in Valencia, visiting a nearby village because one of my best travel friends, Mathilde, recently moved there with her boyfriend. The trip was fun, but also challenging. I traveled long distances every day to see everyone, plus because of a friend in South America who I let go of at a film festival (no gatekeeping here, lol) – but despite that, I had a great trip. Earlier this month, I went to visit one of my best friends in Valencia. At that moment it was the 4th time that I visit Valencia. I have been thinking about moving to Valencia for years, because it is easier as a flight attendant, and I am still in the Netherlands a lot at that point. But let’s see what the future brings! This outfit gives me barbie vibes. I love to wear pink. I bought this two-piece for Valencia and/or Mexico this year. No collaboration by the way! This two piece is size 36 from Missguided on Zalando. My 8th trip of this year is coming up! Very grateful that I am able to do this because of my crew tickets and I certainly don’t take this for granted. Spain travel diary | 3 day weekend trip to Marbella

Hi everyone. At the end of July, I went to visit a good friend of mine in Marbella for a weekend. Funnily enough, Marbella itself was never on my travel wish list, but during this weekend I went there for the second time. I’m normally not a big fan of jet set places, but it certainly didn’t disappoint. Early Friday morning, I left for Schiphol to start this weekend. After a long line of 2.5 hours, I arrived at the gate. I was on standby for a seat (if seat available airline staff tickets), but at this point it looked totally full. When I met the KLM crew, I was very lucky because I got the – in my opinion – ‘best front row seat’ (the cockpit observer seat) and was the very last one to board. Thanks to the efforts of this sweet crew and ground crew I was able to join. The entire flight was enjoyable and I spent the entire flight in the cockpit.
