Hi everyone! Last week I had 3 wonderful days in Ibiza. As usual it was not a trip for work, but just a mini vacation trip. In a few days I will finally be in Mexico! This time I have booked an actual ticket instead of a standby ticket. I don’t want to risk not getting on the flight again. This lovely dress is from Zara and funnily enough I spotted it 3x with other women in Ibiza when I was wearing it myself! Super nice in combination with my Gucci marmont super mini bag and low translucent block heels. This series of photos reminds me a bit of my outfit in Split. The best tip I can give you on a summer vacation is to take lots of pictures in the shadow! That’s where the light is often the best for an outfit shoot like this one. Hi everyone! Last autumn I went to Alicante with a friend who was temporarily working at my airline. Due to all of my busy schedules, all my travel diaries had been ‘on hold’ for a few months. Spain & Portugal travel diary | Unexpected road trip to Faro, Sevilla, Tarifa & Marbella

Hi everyone! Lately I have very little time to make travel posts. Creating one takes a lot of time, but I love doing this. This is the travel diary about my road trip from Faro, Sevilla, Tarifa, Marbella and Malaga in 5 days. In February I was due to go to Mexico during my annual unpaid leave as a new distant solo trip. Joelle, a good friend of mine, wanted to travel with me last minute for a few days, before continuing the journey solo. To briefly summarize how that ended: The flight was full and Joelle and I were left behind (we were going to fly standby; a cheap way of flying for people in aviation if there is room on board). My heart was disappointed that we were left behind. We gave our cheesecake to the sweet senior purser I happened to know so that the crew could enjoy a snack on their long flight to Cancun. Unfortunately, we decided to pick up our suitcase and come up with a new plan on the spot. Once at plaza we canceled everything we had booked (and luckily got the money back from the hotels). Hi everyone! After almost 3 years (time flies so fast!), I was once again in Seville for a moment. This was all last minute. I bought this beautiful suit in Faro, where we had landed for the start of our mini road trip. We walked past a boutique and Joelle said the suit behind the window was really my thing, once inside I bought the same suit, but in my favorite color, red. Joelle bought the same suit in a different color, the one behind the window. We had packed summer clothes for Mexico, so had to quickly buy something nice and warmer. Greece Travel diary | 4 day holiday to Zakynthos

I can’t believe how fast time goes. Zakynthos has been seriously almost 2-3 months since I post this (Early September)! I will already tell you that Zakynthos is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in Europe and I highly recommend it! The flight distance is around 2.5 hours, so also quite close. This trip was a total of 4 days. You can do a lot more in such a short time than you might think. I like to go on an adventure or discovery. A complete “beach vacation” or “party vacation” is not for an adventurous and curious person like me. So I have to tell you that I really can’t spend whole days just lying on a beach. I prefer to travel (around the island (with or without a plan) with a car), sightseeing, discovering a nice new city and old streets, eating and drinking deliciously, trying local food, drinking coffee on terraces, taking lots of pictures with my camera, exploring the local culture of a place (for example, my Japan trips), visit viewpoints over the city or landscapes, get to know new people from all over the world, see beautiful places, do lots of cycling and walking, or on adventure/discovery… you name it. Outfit | Alicante

Hi everyone, this was my first outfit in Alicante. Recieved a lot of positive reactions, so time to list all the details here. I ordered the skirt and the blouse almost a year ago, and only now made an outfit post out of them despite I often wear them both with a different combination. The weather in Alicante was still well around 25 degrees when I was there with a friend, so totally great! I really like the neutral colors of the outfit, also because autumn is here. It’s a 70’s look in 2021 style. By the way, this skirt has a nice sparkle and I also wear it a lot during autumn/winter with over-the-knee boots and a turtle neck top. The blouse is made of a satin-look fabric and also very beautiful with black trousers and high heels. By the way, where I am here in Alicante is a surprising place. When we started wandering around the city without a plan, we soon arrived at a very old neighborhood, which is also where the place where I am standing in the pictures is located. [Lees meer…]

In between all the Alicante and other travel posts, here’s a throwback outfit post from my Zakynthos trip from last September. I got a lot of positive reactions from you ladies about this set, and I collected all the photos I could find from my upcoming travel post and processed them in a separate outfit post. This dreamy set is fantastic for a fun summer trip to an island like Zakynthos, Ibiza, Curaçao, you name it! I think it’s so cute and it’s lovely to wear with high temperatures. Hi everyone, I now have a wonderful 17 days holiday from work, but I’m still very busy with mainly fun things, an interview, 3 day trip to Alicante, my friends and 2 shoots in one week. I like to plan my days full, but also keep a lot of days completely empty. I have a lot of time to relax. In the meantime, I have also started ‘floating’ and did it twice already, a really great recommendation if you want to completely relax on your own.

Solo Travel diary | 5 day May solo trip to Dubai

Hi everyone. I made a very ‘special’ blog post about my Dubai trip at the beginning of May. I want to say in advance that this is a journey in corona time, so you can certainly have an opinion about this. But published negative opinions are not welcome on my platform. Nor do I mean to ‘motivate’ people with this to travel to a risk area and not to stick to the ‘urgent advice’. And, I would like to mention here, that traveling to (orange areas) is discouraged, but not prohibited. (Holiday to an orange area is therefore not prohibited, and the quarantine is not mandatory either) And I have been tested both there and back (3x in total). I have to tell you that this was a pretty pricey trip, because of the very expensive corona tests. The shared apartment, the crew airline tickets (IPB) and everything around it were not even that expensive.
