Hi everyone! Just got back from my 3 day leisure trip to Split last night, did a working flight to Malaga this morning, and already posted an outfit online from my trip! I recieved a lot of positive comments about this princess-like outfit, so I wanted it to be the first to be upload. I love this color! I was secretly not very fond of this color before, until I gave it a try, and since then I’ve really loved it! I find it really suitable for a holiday abroad so perfect for my last minute to Split. Beauty pageant Diary | Miss Netherlands (Miss World) finale

After an intensive year, the final of Miss World Netherlands is a fact. I’ve grown a lot as a woman and often stepped out of my comfort zone (I love). I didn’t win myself, but my good friend Dilay Willemstein was allowed to take home the beautiful crown, which Brenda Muste handed over to her. I am grateful that because of something ‘negative’ like corona, I was able to take a chance next to my beautiful, irregular job. Because we were all temporarily on the ground due to the freeze and travel ban, I was able to make this period something else special. Where one door closes, another door opens. This post is to share the last pictures of the final evening and as a short summary.

Hi everyone! Another outfit post after a long time. I think this summer outfit is perfect for a summer trip. Not such a fun fact: these glasses fell right after the photos :'(. Unfortunately, just like everyone else, I also have to wait and see if the code yellow remains in the 2 places I planned to go, but I’m having fun fortunately well in the Netherlands. A year-long trajectory full of growth of Miss World (Netherlands) is over, and I can already tell you that an exciting new time is coming… Currently I am flying full-time again, see a lot of old and new nice colleagues in Eindhoven (my workplace), and I have a lot of shoots planned, which I would like to continue with besides my work.

Hi everyone! A little over a month ago I went on holiday to Dubai. It’s been quiet on my website for a while, but I’m really busy with fun things, especially the preparations for the Miss World Netherlands final on June 30th. I did a shoot with a very sweet KLM flight attendant last week, and there are 2 dress shoots on the schedule, in addition to blog shoots. This fantastic place is Penthouse Dubai, at Five the Palm. I went out for dinner and cocktails here at the time. An extensive Dubai diary with tips is coming! But this comes after the final of Miss World Netherlands. This fantastic suit has a hidden short in it by the way. I think the color is really beautiful. It has a satin look, which can be clearly seen in the photos, but less in reality. [Lees meer…]

I hope everything is going well for you! Nice that you read my new post again. What busy weeks I have at the moment! Despite the fact that I fly very little (at the moment, in addition to the fact that I am on vacation). I am very busy. I volunteered to give a guest lecture on aviation this week for work, and the day after two guest lectures for my Miss World anti-bullying project. Also a lot of shoots on the schedule! Very busy days, but a lot of fun! I also want to share that there are some more Dubai travel posts coming soon, and Miss World posts.

Hi everyone, I just got back from Dubai for a while. After my work layover last year, I really wanted to go back. I have a 2.5 week vacation, and decided to go to Dubai for about 4,5 days. Two friends, including one that I would visit there, canceled last minute. I decided to go anyway, because I could stay with an former colleague in her airbnb, and she was also solo for part of her trip. It has been really fun! And I am happy to travel again after 7 months. Today I had another blog shoot. This is my favorite outfit at the moment. I’ve had this dress for a few months now, but I still haven’t been able to capture many of the outfits that I wear lately. This beautiful luxury boutique dress is from Lavish Alice, and I bought it a while ago along with a lot of other items. Wearing a black dress is always a good choice.

Special Diary | Miss World Nederland bridal & kimono shoot

Currently, I am in the Miss World Netherlands journey for 9 months already, and I also enjoy creating online diaries about the journey after a certain amount of time within it. Last October I went to Selsela (Weddingwear Selsela) in Haarlem for a fitting appointment for a wedding dress. A cool bridal shoot was planned, but it took place a few weeks ago (while respecting the corona regulations), because we went into lockdown for months back in October. I took a nice photo with my phone of the beautiful dress during the fitting appointment, which we started shooting months later.
