Hi everyone! This is the first time in 9 years of blogging that I’ve made an outfit post with selfies, haha! I love this outfit and this location (Meteora – the boutique hostel I work with) so much that I took mirror pictures of it because I didn’t really have a good opportunity to take pictures of it outside or for someone else to take them to have it made. Funnily enough, this beautiful dress is from Shein! In combination with accessories from Asos. Both the jewelry and shoes. I love this look and have worn it several times in Mexico – the dress also went with me to Thailand last year. I notice that I want to buy less and less and want to combine more and style differently – and that is why there will be more ‘double’ outfit posts. I sometimes get nice items sponsored + I am grateful to have saved up so much clothing that I want to be much more frugal with it and increasingly prefer to focus on clothing that I can wear for a long time. I like clothes that remain nice for years rather than items that quickly go ‘out of fashion’ – although I always like to follow my own style without necessarily going along with what is a big trend.I think this chic boho look is a look that I like to wear to parties or dinners in Tulum. I think red and gold is a very nice combination.
Hi allemaal! Dit is voor het eerst in 9 jaar bloggen dat ik een outfit post maak met selfies, haha! Ik ben zo gek op deze outfit en deze locatie (Meteora – het boetiek hostel waar ik mee samen werk), dat ik er spiegel foto’s van heb gemaakt omdat ik eigenlijk geen goede gelegenheid had hier op een buitenplek foto’s van te maken of iemand anders ze te laten maken. Deze prachtige jurk is grappig genoeg van Shein! In combinatie met accessoires van Asos. Zowel de sieraden als schoenen. Ik houd van dit lookje en heb het ook meerdere keren gedragen in Mexico – de jurk ging ook lekker mee naar Thailand vorig jaar! Ik merk dat ik steeds minder wil kopen en steeds meer wil combineren en anders stylen – en er daarom meer ‘dubbele’ outfits posts gaan komen. Ik krijg leuke items gesponsord + ben dankbaar zoveel kleding te hebben opgespaart dat ik er véél zuiniger op wil zijn en steeds liever mij focus op kleding die ik lang door kan dragen. Ik houd van kleding die jaren lang leuk blijft in plaats van items die snel weer ‘uit de mode’ zijn – al volg ik altijd graag mijn eigen style zonder per se mee te gaan met wat een grote trend is. Ik vind deze chique boho look een look die ik graag naar feestjes of etentjes in Tulum draag, Ik vind rood met goud een hele mooie combinatie.
