After the lockdown and when the restaurants/café’s opened up again, I was eager to visit a lot of nice new places in Den Bosch, and that’s why I made a nice food post with some of my favorite places. The photo above is at Frenchie (before the social distancing rule in March), which I mentioned in a post long ago.
Na de lockdown en toen de horeca open ging, stond ik te springen om een hoop leuke nieuwe plekjes in Den Bosch te bezoeken, en daarom heb ik een leuke foodpost gemaakt met een aantal van mijn favoriete plekjes. De foto hier boven is bij Frenchie (voor de social distancing regel in Maart), die ik de vorige keer al in een post heb benoemd.
Velvet feel good bar
I went here for lunch with a work friend a few weeks ago. This stylish and cozy bar is located at a great place, at the Parade. Previously, Café Opium was located here (of which I still have many memories, haha). The bites are tasty and the interior is also very beautiful! Nice recommendation. And how perfectly is it located? You look right at our beautiful Sint Jan.
Hier ben ik een paar weken geleden met een werkvriendin gaan lunchen. Deze hippe en gezellige bar bevind zich op een geweldige plek, ofwel bij de Parade. Voorheen zat hier Café Opium (waar ik nog veel herinneringen van heb, haha). De bites zijn lekker en ook het interieur is erg mooi! Leuke aanrader. En hoe perfect is het gelegen? Je kijkt recht op onze prachtige Sint Jan.
Mancero Kitchen
This beautiful spot is also pretty new, and is located behind the central station. The interior is very ‘Instagramworthy’ and beautifully decorated. I went here for lunch with one of my best friends a few weeks ago. The avocado toast with a poached egg is really delicious! Recommended.
Dit mooie plekje is ook redelijk nieuw, en bevind zich achter het centraal station. Het interieur is erg ‘instagramwaardig’ en mooi ingericht. Ik ben hier een aantal weken terug met een van mijn beste vriendinnen gaan lunchen. De avocado toast is met een gepocheerde ei is echt heerlijk! Aanrader.
(Rooftop) Zoetelief
Zoetelief, my favorite spot in the city – can be found in the chic Korte Putstraat. I am here regularly. For cocktails (both with and without alcohol), lunch, bites, drinks, high tea or dinner, you’ve come to the perfect place. Zoetelief recently opened their new gem – Rooftop Zoetelief. Now you can not only enjoy inside of the building, the other floors or on the beautiful terrace, but also on the roof. This cozy rooftop bar gives me a bit of a holiday feeling in my own city – really nice! By the way, you have a view on the Korte putstraat from there. In my post about ’taste the summer’ of 2019, I also told something about my favorite spot.
Zoetelief, mijn favoriete plekje in de stad – te vinden in de chique Korte Putstraat. Ik zit hier regelmatig. Voor cocktails (zowel met, als zonder alcohol), lunch, bites, borrel, high tea of diner ben je hier echt op het perfecte adres. Sinds kort heeft Zoetelief hun nieuwe pareltje geopend – Rooftop Zoetelief. Nu kun je niet alleen binnen, boven of op het mooie terras genieten, maar ook op het dak. Deze gezellige rooftopbar geeft me een beetje een vakantiegevoel in eigen stad – echt genieten! Je hebt trouwens uitzicht op de Korte putstraat. In mijn post over ‘proef de zomer’ van 2019, heb ik ook wat over mij favoriete plekje verteld.
CÔTE Bar Bistro
CÔTE can also be found in my favorite street – the Korte Putstraat. It gives me a bit of a Parisian idea, very nice! My best friend Anne took me here for the first time recently. We had a high-tea via social deal. It was super fun! Tasty snacks and friendly staff. I had not been here before, so nice to have had high tea here once.
Ook CÔTE is te vinden in mijn favoriete straat – de Korte Putstraat. Het geeft me een beetje een Parijselijk idee, heel leuk! Mijn beste vriendin Anne heeft me hier naar toe genomen voor de eerste keer pas geleden. We zijn samen met social deal wezen high-tean. Het was super gezellig! Lekkere hapjes en vriendelijk personeel. Verder ben ik er nog niet eerder geweest, dus leuk om hier een keertje te hebben ge-high-tea’t!.
