Hi everyone! ♡ Just two days after my 30th birthday, I travelled to Canada for the second time! This time for only six days, including the flights. I’m incredibly grateful for all the opportunities I have to explore the world. My long-haul trips are a little shorter this year, as I’m saving some of my biggest dream destinations for someone special or my dream job. Think South Africa, Vietnam, Lebanon, Canada’s beautiful west coast and wilderness, and Kyrgyzstan!

Hi everyone! It’s time for a new travel diary. A few weeks ago, I travelled to Canada – a country high on my wish list. I wanted to visit the beautiful nature, lakes and hiking areas, but the reason for my visit this time was for something else. I have family living in Canada who come to the Netherlands every 2-3 years, and by now a lot of travel friends in and around Toronto and other places in Canada. Enough reasons to visit the country! I only planned a short visit, so I would spend 4 nights with my family, and 4 in Toronto. I will definitely tell more about this adventure in this travel diary.
