Hi everyone 🤍And welcome to a new outfit post. I’ve just returned from another week in Mexico – and yes, this was already my 10th time visiting this beautiful country. Some places simply keep calling you back, and Mexico is definitely one of them for me. My visit before this one was only 6 weeks ago.

These photos were taken at Gitano Beach in Tulum South – without a doubt my favorite beach club in Tulum. Not only because of its magical atmosphere, but also because a close friend of mine works here now, and I’ve collaborated with them several times in the past. The entire aesthetic feels incredibly aligned with me: a perfect blend of bohemian and classy, with stunning chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and a truly special ambiance.

Since recently, they’ve also added a beautiful swimming pool, and the ocean in this part of Tulum is absolutely stunning – calm, clear, and extra special. I genuinely recommend this place. The menu is delicious (make sure to try the watermelon salad), and for Tulum standards, the prices are surprisingly fair.

As for the outfit: I bought this white set about 3.5 years ago. It already felt perfect for Tulum back then, and I still love wearing it here today. I always take good care of my clothes and keep them for a long time – and this set is a perfect example of a timeless travel outfit: light, feminine, comfortable, and completely in tune with the destination.

Mexico feels like coming home to me every single time. And this outfit, in this place, captures that feeling perfectly.

Hi allemaal 🤍 En welkom bij weer een nieuwe outfit post. Ik ben net terug uit weer een weekje Mexico – en ja, inmiddels was dit alweer mijn 10e keer in dit magische land. Sommige plekken blijven je roepen, en Mexico is er voor mij absoluut één van. Mijn vorige bezoek was slechts 6 weken geleden.

De foto’s van deze outfit post zijn gemaakt bij Gitano Beach in Tulum-zuid. Dit is zonder twijfel mijn lievelingsbeachclub in Tulum. Niet alleen omdat de sfeer zó bijzonder is, maar ook omdat er inmiddels een vriendin van mij werkt én ik hier in het verleden vaker heb mogen samenwerken. Alles klopt hier voor mij: de bohemian vibes gecombineerd met een classy uitstraling – denk aan prachtige kandelaren aan het plafond, natuurlijke materialen en een bijna magische setting.

Sinds kort hebben ze hier ook een prachtig zwembad, en de zee in dit gedeelte van Tulum is echt zó mooi. Rustiger, helderder en net dat beetje extra speciaal. Ik kan deze plek dan ook oprecht aanraden. De menukaart is heerlijk (probeer écht de watermeloensalade) en voor Tulum-begrippen zijn de prijzen verrassend fair.

Dan de outfit zelf: deze witte set kocht ik zo’n 3,5 jaar geleden. Destijds al speciaal voor Tulum – en ik draag ’m hier nog steeds met net zoveel plezier. Ik bewaar mijn kleding altijd lang en met zorg, en dit is voor mij het perfecte voorbeeld van een tijdloze reis-outfit: licht, vrouwelijk, comfortabel én passend bij de plek. Sommige items raken gewoon nooit uit stijl.

Mexico voelt voor mij elke keer weer als thuiskomen. En deze outfit, op deze plek, vangt dat gevoel precies. ✨
