Outfit | Wedding

At the beginning of this month, I had my dear cousin’s wedding and his now wife. What a beautiful day! I am so very proud of those two and it was nice to be there with my precious family. Now I have to admit that I have never been to a real wedding in my adult life! My dream is to get married myself one day and I often work as a bridal model, so it is very nice to experience it in real life! Because of the nice reactions to this look, I decided to create an outfit post of this as well! I bought this dress when I was still participating in Miss Netherlands (for Miss World) 2021. I wore it there when I was a judge during the casting while I was still a finalist myself. The dress code was pastel for the wedding, so I pulled this one out again!

I really like a light pink color to combine with red lipstick. That gives it that little bit extra! Both the dress and the shoes are from Shein! I received these beautiful earrings made of real Swarovski stones from Farfino in 2021 as a collaboration back then. I also love to wear them with a beautiful dress. The earrings are an eye catcher, but not ’too much’ – and I really appreciate that. I bought this white bag from Pinko a few months ago, and you can mainly see it in my Japan travel posts.

Begin deze maand had ik de bruiloft van mijn lieve neef en zijn nu vrouw. Wat een ontzettend mooie dag! Ik ben zo mega trots op die twee en het was fijn er met mijn dierbare familie bij te zijn. Nu moet ik jullie toegeven dat ik dus eigenlijk in mijn volwassen leven nog nooit op een echte bruiloft ben geweest! Mijn droom is het om zelf te trouwen en ik werk vaak als bridal model, dus is het wel erg leuk het een keer in het echt mee te maken! Door de leuke reacties op deze look, besloot ik hier ook een outfit post van te maken! Deze jurk heb ik gekocht toen ik nog met Miss Nederland (voor Miss World) 2021 meedeed. Ik heb het daar gedragen toen ik mee jureerde tijdens de casting terwijl ik zelf nog finaliste was. Het kledingvoorschrift was pastel voor de bruiloft, dus trok ik deze opnieuw uit de kast!

Ik vind een lichtroze kleur erg mooi om te combineren met rode lippenstift. Dat doet het dat beetje extra! Zowel de jurk als de schoenen zijn van Shein! Deze prachtige oorbellen van echte Swarovski stenen, heb ik gekregen van Farfino in 2021 als een samenwerking toen der tijd. Ik draag ze ook met alle liefde bij een mooie jurk. De oorbellen zijn opvallend, maar niet ‘too much’ – en dat waardeer ik er erg aan. Deze witte tas van Pinko heb ik een paar maanden geleden gekocht, en zie je vooral terug in mijn Japan travel posts.
